Terms and Conditions of the contentbank.pl Website

§1 General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) set out the rules for using the website available at https://contentbank.pl/en (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), operated by Karolina Grynienko, conducting business under the name Karo Content, with its registered office at Voermanstraat 12, 1973 VK IJmuiden, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce number (KVK) 97439622.

The Terms and Conditions are continuously available on the Website in a manner that enables Users to access, reproduce and save their contents.

§2 Definitions
User – a natural person who is at least 18 years old, has full legal capacity and uses the Website.
Account – the User’s individual administration panel on the Website, enabling access to purchased Materials.
Subscription – paid access to the Website’s resources for a specified period, in accordance with the selected plan.
Materials – video files available on the Website, intended for use by Users in accordance with the Licence.
Licence – a non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the Materials in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

§3 Conditions of Using the Website
Using the Website requires the registration of an Account and the purchase of a Subscription.
The User is required to provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
The User bears full responsibility for all activities carried out through their Account.
The User is entitled to access the Materials only during the period of an active Subscription. After the Subscription expires, the User loses access to the Materials. Materials downloaded or saved by the User during the Subscription period may also be used after the Subscription has ended, exclusively for the User’s own purposes. Their further distribution, resale, disclosure to third parties, publication or use in a manner that infringes the Administrator’s copyrights is prohibited.
If a breach of the conditions of using the Website or the Licence is identified, the Service Provider may block the User’s Account and take appropriate legal action.

§4 Subscription and Payments
The Website offers various Subscription plans, details of which are available at https://contentbank.pl.
Payments for the Subscription are processed using the payment methods available on the Website.
The Subscription is automatically renewed for the next period unless the User cancels it before the end of the current billing period.
The User may cancel the Subscription at any time through the Account settings.

§5 Licence and Copyright
All Materials available on the Website are protected by copyright and are the property of the Service Provider.
The User receives a non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the Materials for commercial and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with their intended use.
The following activities are prohibited:
a. Reselling, sublicensing, sharing or distributing the Materials to third parties, including as part of templates and remixes;
b. Using the Materials in a manner that violates applicable laws or the rights of third parties.

§6 Liability
The Service Provider shall not be liable for:
a. The manner in which the User uses the Materials;
b. Damage resulting from improper use of the Website;
c. Interruptions in access to the Website caused by force majeure events or the actions of third parties.

§7 Complaints
The User has the right to submit complaints concerning the operation of the Website or access to the Materials.

The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 days of receiving it and inform the User of the outcome.

§8 Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 38 point 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the User is not entitled to withdraw from the agreement because the subject of the service consists of digital content supplied immediately.

§9 Personal Data
The Service Provider is the controller of the Users’ personal data.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

§10 Final Provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Users will be informed of any changes with appropriate advance notice.
Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Polish law.

§11 Affiliate Programme

  1. The Website enables Users to participate in an affiliate programme (hereinafter referred to as the “Affiliate Programme”), which consists of promoting the Website and referring new customers in exchange for commission-based remuneration.
  2. Participation in the Affiliate Programme is voluntary and may require registration in a dedicated affiliate panel available on the Website or through a separate platform.
  3. The Affiliate Programme is fully automated and does not require individual contact with the Service Provider.
  4. A User participating in the Affiliate Programme receives an individual affiliate link that enables referred customers to be identified.
  5. Commission-based remuneration is payable for a successful referral, understood as the purchase of a Subscription by a new customer through the affiliate link.

  7. Funds are paid within three business days from the submission of a withdrawal request, taking into account the time required by banks to process transfers.
  8. The following activities are prohibited:
    a. misleading potential customers;
    b. impersonating the Service Provider;
    c. using the Affiliate Programme in a manner that violates applicable laws or accepted standards of conduct.
  9. The Service Provider reserves the right to exclude a User from the Affiliate Programme in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions or the rules of the Affiliate Programme.

These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 1 May 2025.
